Conditions
of sale

Area of validity: we operate exclusively in accordance with
the conditions of sale that are set out below and that you
accept in ordering Schroevers products from this Internet Shop.

The conditions of sale are also updated available to you on
our web-site.
3.
A contract of purchase is created by you when making a contractual
offer in the form of your order, which we accept by sending
you a confirmation of order.
4.
Placing your order means acceptance of these conditions of
sale.
5.
Orders may be received by writing, internet, telephone or
fax but are only binding when accepted by Schroevers in a
written order confirmation.
6.
Order Confirmation / Invoice: formal acknowledgement of the
product ordered by you, sent by Schroevers.
7.
Products and Service offering prices, tax, shipment, insurance
and installation are as shown on your invoice. The invoicing
currency is the Euro.
8.
Payment will be made before supply or service.
9.
Delivery: subject to the immediate availability of the goods,
Schroevers will dispatch them as quickly as possible by post
or parcels service.
10.
You will bear the cost of any additional taxes and customs
duties on goods dispatched to destinations outside the European
Union.
11.
Excluding VAT: all prices of the articles shown are stated
in Euros and are quoted exclusive of the applicable amount
of value-added tax at the time of the order.
12.
We have compiled this Internet Shop and the descriptions and
price information contained in it with the greatest care,
but we cannot accept any legal liability for any possible
clerical errors or technical changes unless we have acted
with intent or in gross negligence.

All offers and prices are subject to change at any time.

You are obliged to report any obvious defects in the goods
within two weeks of receiving them. Furthermore, you are entitled
to your full statutory rights of guarantee.

of the database or translations. Unauthorized reproduction

result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and will be

Jurisdiction: Dutch law and the exclusive court jurisdiction
of the Amsterdam court will apply to these conditions of sale.
The Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale
of Goods is excluded.
